Policies and Authorizations

Cancellation and No-Show Policy

A $100 USD fee will be charged for all no-show appointments. We require at least 48 hour’s notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Patients not providing such notice will be subject to a non-refundable fee of $100 USD. Repeated violations of this policy can result in the forfeiture of any previously paid deposits associated with these appointments and the ability to schedule any further appointments with our clinic (dismissal from clinic).

New patient appointment deposit

For new patients, a $100 deposit is required to reserve your appointment and is applied as a credit toward your treatment. Deposits cannot be applied toward retail purchases or facials. If no treatment is performed, the deposit is retained as a consultation fee.

Forfeiture Policy

Pre-paid treatments, deposits, or credits must be used within 18 months from the purchase date. After 18 months they will be forfeited. PI Aesthetics will make reasonable efforts to remind patients to use their pre-paid treatments, deposits, or credits before the expiration period.

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our services and products, we do not offer refunds for completed treatments or services. Additionally, all deposits and product sales are final.

Credit Card on File and Surcharge Fee

All patients are required to maintain a valid credit card on file, securely stored by our payment provider. This card will be used to pay for fees consistent with our cancellation policy and unpaid balances. By signing this policy, you authorize PI Aesthetics to securely store your credit card information and charge it for any applicable fees related to cancellation policy violations or unpaid balances. A 2.75% surcharge will be applied to all payments made with credit cards.

Responsibility for Payments

All services rendered are the financial responsibility of the patient, regardless of insurance coverage, third-party payment, or any other arrangement. Payment in full is due at the time of service. In the event of non-payment, the patient will be responsible for all associated costs incurred in recovering the balance, including reasonable attorney’s fees, court costs, filing fees, and collection agency fees, as permitted by law. Partial payment shall not constitute payment in full unless agreed to in writing by PI Aesthetics.

Children and Supervision Policy

For the safety of all patients and visitors, children may not accompany patients to appointments unless they are under the supervision of a responsible adult who is not receiving treatment. Patients are not permitted to leave children unattended in the waiting area or treatment rooms.
