OUR STORY
PI Aesthetics was founded in 2020 by Thoa Fenton, DNP, inspired by her experiences as a hospitalist, mother, and community advocate. Through caring for acutely ill patients, she witnessed firsthand how stress, burnout, and self-neglect can affect both physical and mental well-being. These experiences shaped her belief that true wellness extends beyond the absence of illness and must include self-care and personal empowerment.

Her sense of purpose was further strengthened while serving on the front lines during the COVID-19 pandemic, where she experienced the powerful impact of community support during an unprecedented time. That collective resilience reinforced her commitment to care that extends beyond medicine alone.

PI Aesthetics was created as a place rooted in purpose, integrity, and community connection. More than a medical spa, it exists to support self-care and empower individuals to feel confident, balanced, and aligned with the best version of themselves. Our providers are highly trained professionals committed to thoughtful care, patient advocacy, and making a meaningful difference, one person and one treatment at a time.
Meet Dr. Thoa Fenton DNP
Dr. Thoa Phan Fenton, DNP is a double board-certified nurse practitioner with over 10 years of hospital medicine experience. She graduated with her Bachelor’s degree from the University of Iowa in 2009 and earned her Doctorate degree from the same university in 2013 focusing on adult and gerontology health. Dr. Thoa completed her acute care degree at UPenn in 2023 with honors to obtain another certification and advance in her field. She was recognized by the Seattle Met as one of the area's top providers in 2021, 2022 & 2023.​

Meet Dr. Federico Fenton MD, MBA
Dr. Federico Fenton MD, MBA is certified by the American Board of Aesthetics Medicine and board certified in Internal Medicine. He is an ultrasound expert, serving as the Point-of-Care Ultrasound director for a local medical university. Dr. Federico achieves the intersection between safety and great outcomes by implementing ultrasound guidance during his procedures. He is passionate about continuous improvement and bringing evidence-based medicine into the aesthetic world.

He completed his business degree from WSU and believes that the business world is in need of entrepreneurs that understand businesses need to create value for customers, employees, the environment and their communities, rather than only shareholders.

Meet Panouchee
Pa Nou Chee is a WWU alumni with a bachelor's degree in Anthro-Biology. She has extensive experience in healthcare, with a particular focus on patient experience and care. Panouchee currently serves as PI Aesthetics's clinic manager while furthering her education in healthcare. She is passionate about delivering an exceptional patient experience and values honesty, trust and compassion. With her warm personality and dedication to excellent service, she is committed to create a seamless and enjoyable experience from the moment you walk through our doors.

Meet Adelina
Adelina Niskanen is a licensed Master Esthetician and certified Phlebotomist, proudly trained at the Washington Laser Institute. A lifelong Washington native, Adelina has always had a passion for skincare that delivers real, visible results—while emphasizing comfort and care. She believes in finding the perfect balance between clinical-grade treatments and a calming spa environment. Constantly curious and committed to growth, Adelina is always exploring new techniques and innovations to bring the very best to her clients.

With a background in Master Aesthetics and a lifelong passion for skincare, she brings both knowledge and genuine enthusiasm to her role. Born and raised in Washington State, Lily is proud to be part of a team dedicated to excellence and helping patients look and feel their best. When she’s not at the spa, you can find her curled up with a good book—she’s an avid reader who loves learning and connecting with others. Lily is excited to support PI’s patients on their journey toward healthy, radiant skin!
