OUR STORY
PI Aesthetics was founded in 2020 by Thoa Fenton DNP, inspired by her personal and professional experiences. As a full-time medical hospitalist caring for acutely ill patients, she faced the dual challenges of managing the mental and physical stresses of her demanding role while also being a devoted mother and family member. This firsthand experience made her keenly aware of the toll stress and self-neglect can take on your life. Dr. Thoa also noticed similar challenges among her patients, where stressful lives led to self-neglect, significantly affecting overall health and quality of life. She understood that true wellness extends beyond the lack of physical illness, encompassing mental health and self-care.

She experienced a profound sense of community engagement while serving as a frontline healthcare provider during the COVID-19 pandemic at the hospital where the first U.S. COVID-19 case was diagnosed. During this once-in-a-century global healthcare crisis, she witnessed the transformative power of community support. The unwavering encouragement from the community during such challenging times gave her and her medical team the strength and resilience to persevere and navigate the extraordinary demands of the situation.
Driven by these insights, Dr. Thoa founded PI Aesthetics to promote self-care and empower individuals and our community to prioritize both mental and physical well-being. PI Aesthetics is more than a medical spa and wellness clinic—it’s a place with a profound sense of purpose. The minimally invasive cosmetic procedures we offer are tools that aim to inspire and empower our patients. Our mission is rooted in the belief that every person has the strength and capability to take control of their well-being. By helping our patients look and feel their best, we foster self-confidence and empower them to embrace the positive changes they envision for their lives, helping them unlock their fullest potential and lead more fulfilling lives. All while also acknowledging that we are stronger together. Our community needs us and depend on us, as much as we depend on it.

MEET DR. THOA
Medical Director 7 Co-Owner
Dr. Thoa Phan Fenton, DNP is a double board-certified nurse practitioner with over 10 years of hospital medicine experience. She graduated with her Bachelor’s degree from the University of Iowa in 2009 and earned her Doctorate degree from the same university in 2013 focusing on adult and gerontology health. Dr. Thoa completed her acute care degree at UPenn in 2023 with honors to obtain another certification and advance in her field. She was recognized by the Seattle Met as one of the area's top providers in 2021, 2022 & 2023.

MEET DR. FEDERICO
Dr. Federico Fenton MD, MBA is certified by the American Board of Aesthetics Medicine and board certified in Internal Medicine. He is an ultrasound expert, serving as the Point-of-Care Ultrasound director for a local medical university. Dr. Federico achieves the intersection between safety and great outcomes by implementing ultrasound guidance during his procedures. He is passionate about continuous improvement and bringing evidence-based medicine into the aesthetic world.

He completed his business degree from WSU and believes that the business world is in need of entrepreneurs that understand businesses need to create value for customers, employees, the environment and their communities, rather than only shareholders.
MEET PANOUCHEE
Panouchee Xiong graduated from Western Washington University with her Bachelor's Degree. She has worked years in healthcare, focusing on patient experience care. Panouchee currently serves as PI Aesthetics's patient care specialist while furthering her education in healthcare. With her warm personality and dedication to excellent service, Panouchee is here to ensure your experience with us is seamless and enjoyable from the moment you walk through our doors.

Tom Phan is the welcoming face you may see when walking into our medspa on Saturday. Though, naturally on the quiet side, his kindness and professionalism shines through in every interaction. Tom is currently a CNA, who is passionate about patient care. His calm demeanor and attention to detail will help your visit be smooth and stress free. He is in school to achieve his nursing degree to further assist his patients. Whether you have questions about our treatments or need assistance with scheduling, Tom is here to assist you with a warm smile and a helpful hand.

We use ultrasound to guide our treatments
Ultrasound is changing the landscape of minimally invasive aesthetic medicine by allowing ultrasound-trained providers to see below the skin in real time. There is now enough evidence that this has the potential of not only achieving safer treatments (less complications) but also better aesthetic outcomes with less product! Ultrasound is a highly skilled area of aesthetic medicine with a steep learning curve, which is why it's only available at very few clinics. At PI aesthetics we are proud to be at the forefront of this technology.
